The role
This customer account officer position in El Kseur, in the wilaya of Béjaïa, is aimed at entry-level or junior candidates holding a bachelor's degree (Licence) or a bac +3 qualification. The post holder follows up on client files and advises clients on choosing the products or services that suit their needs. She develops and retains a client portfolio in line with the set sales targets, handles requests and complaints, and works with the technical teams. She also takes part in sales and promotional activities. The contract offered is a fixed-term contract (CDD).
What we expect
