The role
This HR Leader position involves steering the human resources function and defining the HR policy in line with the company's strategy. The job holder oversees recruitment, onboarding and training, ensures personnel administration and compliance with labor law, and manages an HR team. The role produces regular indicators, takes part in dialogue with social partners and manages the general resources related to human resources. The position is based in Algiers, with possible assignment to Hassi Messaoud or Ouargla, on a fixed-term contract or assignment basis.
What we expect
→Bac+2 to Bac+4 degree in human resources, administration or a related field.
→Proven experience of 6 years or more in a similar position, ideally in a multi-site environment.
→Strong team management and leadership skills.
→In-depth knowledge of Algerian labor law and current HR practices.
→Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and professional discretion.
