The role
Groupe SIM is recruiting a senior legal counsel on a permanent contract (CDI) for its legal department based in Blida. The position covers the company's legal, tax and regulatory management, with an advisory role to senior management. The successful candidate drafts, analyzes and negotiates contracts and commercial agreements, ensures that internal procedures are compliant, and takes part in defining the legal strategy. They also lead a team of legal officers and colleagues and handle complex cases.
What we expect
→Master 2, engineering degree, Bac+5 or magister (Bac+7) in law, taxation or a related field.
→More than 10 years of experience in legal affairs, taxation, auditing or consulting.
→In-depth knowledge of Algerian law and local tax regulations.
→Ability to manage a team and work with several departments.
→Negotiation and contract drafting skills.
→Rigor, analytical mind and ability to summarize.
