The role
An industrial property attorney firm, accredited by INAPI, is recruiting a legal advisor to strengthen its team in Draria, in the wilaya of Algiers. The role involves providing legal follow-up on trademark, patent, and industrial design files. The successful candidate will draft letters, appeals, contracts, and legal opinions, and will take part in handling notifications and following up on procedures filed with INAPI. They will also carry out legal research, monitor regulatory developments, and support clients in following up on their files.
