The role
A company based in Ain Benian, in the wilaya of Algiers, is looking for a corporate lawyer for a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will review and validate contracts before signing, then ensure they comply with the legislation in force. They will draft and update agreements and other legal documents, while advising the company on matters related to its activity. They will also identify legal risks and monitor the commitments made with clients, suppliers and partners.
