The role
GAEA Construction is hiring a quantity surveyor for all trades on a fixed-term contract (CDD) in Algiers, to strengthen its technical teams. You will carry out measurements and quantity take-offs for all trades, from structural work to finishing work, including plumbing, electrical, coverings and joinery. You will analyze drawings, prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates, then check the contractors' attachments and progress statements. You will take part in comparing bids and identify discrepancies between planned and executed quantities, working with architects, engineers and site managers.
What we expect
→Training in quantity surveying, construction economics, civil engineering or architecture.
→Proven experience in quantity surveying across all trades.
→Good knowledge of the different building trades.
→Rigor, analytical mindset and precision.
→Ability to work with several stakeholders on the same project.
→Experience in real estate development is an asset.
