Quantity Surveyor Verifier in Algiers

SAMISEC ALGERIE is recruiting a quantity surveyor verifier on a fixed-term contract (CDD) in Algiers, responsible for the technical and financial monitoring of construction sites. The role involves measuring completed works, drawing up attachments, then preparing progress statements and invoices based on validated documents. The successful candidate manages works contracts, tracks payments, retention money and acceptances, and prepares the final general statement of account. They also assess the cost price of sites and take part in coordination meetings. Interventions in high-voltage electrical work are planned.
