The role
Ferdi Supermarket, based in Sétif, is recruiting a Purchasing Manager for the retail sector to support the launch of a new large-scale retail brand. The role involves defining the purchasing strategy by product category, managing the buyers and selecting suppliers. You will lead negotiations on prices, discounts and payment terms, while building a product range that meets customer needs and ensures profitability. You will also oversee supply, promotions and the dashboards intended for management.
What we expect
→4 or 5 years of higher education (Bac+4 or Bac+5) in business, management, purchasing or management studies
→At least 5 years of experience, ideally in large-scale retail
→Solid experience in negotiation and supplier management
→Proven experience in team management
→Good command of margins, pricing and product range
