The role
A company is hiring a Purchasing Manager in Biskra on a permanent contract (CDI). The successful candidate will take charge of the entire purchasing process, from supplier selection to contract negotiation, and will follow up on orders and stock. They will coordinate logistics and transport operations to optimize lead times and costs, and anticipate needs based on forecasts. The position also involves managing a team and setting up performance indicators for management.
What we expect
→Bachelor's degree (LMD) or Bac+3 in logistics, purchasing management or a similar field.
→Six to ten years of experience, ideally in the industrial or commercial sector.
→Mastery of negotiation techniques.
→Ability to analyze, plan and manage priorities.
→Fluency in French; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
