The role
A food processing company based in Biskra is recruiting a Production Manager on a permanent contract (CDI). The successful candidate will supervise production activities to meet the expected deadlines and quality standards, and will introduce working methods to improve industrial performance. The role includes leading a production team, analysing performance indicators and proposing corrective actions. The Production Manager will also work with the maintenance, quality and logistics teams to optimise the production chain.
What we expect
→Bac+4 degree (Master 1 or Licence) in production, industrial methods or a similar field.
→Six to ten years of experience in a comparable position, including team management.
→Knowledge of the FSCC 22000 standard.
→Knowledge of IFS and BRC is an asset.
→Rigour, leadership and a sense of responsibility.
