The role
Refratech is hiring a Production Manager in Oran for a fixed-term contract or an assignment. The successful candidate will plan and supervise manufacturing activities to meet the required deadlines and quality standards. They will introduce working methods aimed at increasing productivity, monitor performance indicators and propose corrective actions. They will lead the production team and work with the quality, maintenance and logistics departments, while ensuring compliance with industrial safety standards.
What we expect
→Bachelor's degree (LMD), Bac +3 or first-year Master's in an industrial or production field
→3 to 5 years of experience in production management and industrial methods
→Proven ability in team management
→Analytical skills, rigor and initiative
→Good communication skills and team spirit
→Own a vehicle
