Customer Relations Officer / Telephone Operator in Rahmania

This renewal officer and telephone operator position is a full-time fixed-term contract (CDD) reporting to the sales manager. The person manages contracts approaching their expiry date, such as licenses, maintenance, hosting and support, and follows up with clients within the required deadlines. They also make outbound calls to present renewal offers and answer inbound calls, directing requests to the appropriate departments. The position is located at the Sidi Abdellah cyber park, in Rahmania, Algiers, with office hours from Sunday to Thursday.
